Lenovo Laptop Repair in Ottawa
ThinkPad, IdeaPad, Yoga, ThinkBook or Legion. The diagnosis is free, you get a firm quote before we order any part, and pickup and return in Ottawa is free.
Free diagnosis · Labour from $40 · Independent repair, not a Lenovo service centre
Lenovo covers two very different kinds of laptop. ThinkPads are built to be serviced, so keyboards, batteries, drives and screens are usually straightforward to replace, and an older ThinkPad is often well worth repairing. IdeaPad and Yoga models are thinner consumer machines where hinges, USB-C charging and glued-in parts are the usual trouble spots.
We're an independent Ottawa repair service, not a Lenovo service centre. If your laptop is still under Lenovo's warranty, use Lenovo first so you don't lose that cover. For out-of-warranty machines we're usually quicker and cheaper, you get a free diagnosis, and you deal directly with the person doing the repair.

Lenovo Laptop Repair FAQs
Are you a Lenovo authorized service centre?
No, we're an independent repair service. If your Lenovo is still under manufacturer warranty, use Lenovo's own service first so you keep that cover. For out-of-warranty laptops, or damage warranty doesn't cover, we're usually faster and cheaper, with a free diagnosis and a quote before any work.
How much does Lenovo laptop repair cost in Ottawa?
Software repairs start at $40, and screen, battery or keyboard replacement is labour from $40 plus the part. We confirm the part from your model number and give you a firm price before ordering anything.
Do you repair ThinkPads?
Yes, including older ThinkPads that businesses and government offices have retired. They're among the easiest laptops to repair and upgrade, so a new battery, keyboard or SSD is often all an older ThinkPad needs.
Can you replace a Lenovo laptop screen?
Yes. Lenovo uses several panels for the same model name, so we confirm the exact part from your model and machine type before quoting. Touchscreen Yoga panels cost more than standard IdeaPad or ThinkPad screens.
Do you pick up Lenovo laptops?
Yes, free pickup and return anywhere in Ottawa, including Kanata, Orleans, Barrhaven and Nepean. You can also drop it off at our workshop by appointment.
