Can you repair my computer the same day?
Often, yes. Remote fixes are usually same-day and we reply within minutes on WhatsApp between 7 AM and 11 PM, seven days a week. On-site visits and pickups anywhere in Ottawa are typically same-day or next-day depending on your location and the scheduling.
Are you open now?
We operate seven days a week from 7 AM to 11 PM, including weekends and holidays. Message us on WhatsApp at any point in that window and you'll normally get a reply within minutes. Outside those hours, send a message anyway and we'll pick it up first thing.
Where is your Ottawa computer repair shop?

Do you come to me, or do I have to bring the computer in?
Whichever suits you. Software problems, slowdowns, virus removal, and setup are usually resolved remotely with no travel at all. For hardware work we can visit your home or office, or collect the machine and return it fixed. Pickup anywhere in Ottawa is free.
Do you serve Gatineau too?
Yes. Our west-end workshop is a short drive across the Champlain Bridge from Aylmer and Hull, so we help Gatineau customers on-site, by pickup, or remotely. We work in English.
Which brands and systems do you work on?
All of them. Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Alienware, Microsoft Surface, Apple MacBook and iMac, and custom-built desktops. We support Windows, macOS, and Linux, including dual-boot setups and older hardware other shops decline.
Can you get a quote to me before I commit?
Yes. Send a WhatsApp message describing the problem, or a photo of the error, and we'll give you a price range straight away. The formal quote follows the free diagnosis, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
