The bulk of the data copy happens in the background while you keep working, and the cutover (the short window where mail starts arriving in the new system) is scheduled for an evening or a weekend. It depends on what your business already runs. Microsoft 365 usually wins if you rely on desktop Office, Excel-heavy work, or line-of-business software built around Outlook. Google Workspace is often simpler for teams who already live in Gmail and Drive and want less to administer. We'll recommend one based on how you work and how many licences you need. We don't resell either, so there's nothing in it for us.
