This is mobile computer repair: we come to your home or office instead of you bringing the computer to us. Some problems are easier to fix where they are: a Wi-Fi network that drops in one room, a printer that won't talk to three computers, a desktop wired into a tangle of cables, or a home office you'd rather not dismantle. For these, we come to you.
Anything that needs hands on the hardware is done on-site; software, account and email problems are usually faster remotely, so we start there when it'll get you running sooner. Either way you talk to the technician who does the work, not a dispatcher.

What if the computer needs to come to your workshop?
We collect it from your address and return it for free within Ottawa. Software faults are no fix, no fee.
