Email problems usually fall into one of three groups: the app (Outlook stuck, crashing, not syncing or missing emails), the account (a password that stopped working, or someone else getting in), or the move (a new computer, a new provider, or Microsoft switching you to the new Outlook).

Before anything else, check whether it's a wider outage: if Outlook stopped working for everyone at the same time, it's on Microsoft's side and will come back on its own. If it's just you, that's what we fix.

What we handle

Outlook and Email Problems We Fix

Outlook not working or won't open

Stuck on loading, crashing, or asking for a password over and over. Usually a damaged profile, cache or add-in, and fixable without losing mail.

New Outlook problems

Missing features, folders or shared mailboxes after Microsoft switched you to the new Outlook. We fix what's fixable, or set you back up the way you prefer.

Emails not sending or arriving

Stuck in the outbox, bouncing, or going to junk. We check account settings, mailbox size and sending rules.

Email on your phone stopped working

Outlook or Gmail not syncing on an iPhone or Android after a password change or update. Account settings re-added correctly.

Hacked email account

Password changed, strange messages sent from your account, or forwarding rules you didn't create. Secured, cleaned up and protected with 2-step verification.

Email migration and new setups

Moving email to a new computer, from an old provider, or into Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for a small office, with nothing lost.

New Outlook vs old Outlook

Switched to the New Outlook and Want Things Back?

Microsoft is moving Windows users from classic Outlook to the new Outlook, which looks and behaves differently: some settings move, some add-ins stop working, and older POP email accounts can behave differently. Small differences, like where to set an out-of-office reply, can be surprisingly frustrating.

We set the new Outlook up properly, show you where things moved, and, where it's still available for your account, can switch you back to classic Outlook if that suits you better.

Act quickly

Email Hacked? What to Do First

From a device you trust, change the email password and turn on 2-step verification. Then check the account's forwarding rules and recovery phone and email: attackers often add a rule that quietly copies your mail to them, so a password change alone doesn't stop it.

Change the password on anything that used the same one, especially banking, and warn your contacts not to act on recent messages from you. If you can't get back in at all, message us and we'll work through the provider's recovery process with you.

How it works

From First Message to Fixed

  1. Step 1: Tell us what's happening

Which email app and provider, and what changed. A screenshot of any error helps.

  2. Step 2: Usually fixed remotely

We connect securely and fix it while you watch, or visit if it involves several devices.

  3. Step 3: Protected going forward

2-step verification on, recovery details checked, and backups where it matters.

Common questions

Outlook & Email FAQs

Why is Outlook not working today?

First check whether Microsoft is having an outage: if it is, it affects everyone and comes back on its own. If it's only you, the usual causes are a damaged Outlook profile or cache, a faulty add-in, or a password change that hasn't reached every device. All are fixable without losing mail.

Why is the new Outlook not working properly?

The new Outlook handles some accounts, add-ins and shared mailboxes differently from classic Outlook. We set it up correctly or, where your account still allows it, switch you back to classic Outlook.

How do I set an out of office reply in the new Outlook?

Go to Settings, then Accounts, then Automatic replies, turn it on and write your message. It's in a different place from classic Outlook, which is why so many people look for it.

My email was hacked. What should I do first?

From a trusted device, change the password, turn on 2-step verification, and check for forwarding rules or recovery details you didn't add. Then change any other account that used the same password, especially banking.

Why is Gmail not working on my iPhone?

Usually the account needs re-authorising after a password or security change, or the Mail app's account settings need re-adding. Removing and re-adding the account with the right settings normally fixes it.

Can you move our office email to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Yes. We migrate mailboxes, contacts and calendars, set up your domain, and switch everyone over with as little disruption as possible. It's quoted upfront based on the number of mailboxes.
