Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Outlook or Apple ID taken over, password and email changed? We guide you, the account owner, through the platform's official recovery and then secure everything so it doesn't happen again.

Account owners only · Official recovery only · Remote from $25

When an account is hacked, the attacker usually changes the password, the email and the phone number within minutes, so the normal "forgot password" link stops working. Every major platform still has a way back for the real owner, but each one is different, strict about details, and easy to get wrong when you're stressed.

We sit with you, in person or on a video call, and work through the official recovery for your platform step by step. Then we do the part most people skip: securing the email account that controls everything else, checking your devices for whatever let the attacker in, and turning on protection so it can't happen the same way again.

What we handle

Accounts We Help Recover

Always through the platform's own recovery process. Nobody can bypass it, and anyone who says they can is scamming you.

Facebook

Hacked, locked, or the email and phone changed. We use Facebook's hacked-account process and identity confirmation, and check for unknown logins, pages and ad accounts.

Instagram

"Instagram hacked and email changed" is the most common case. Instagram's recovery can use a video selfie to confirm it's you; we help you get every step right.

Gmail and Google accounts

Google's recovery depends on matching what you know: past passwords, recovery email, devices you've signed in on. We set it up to give you the best chance.

Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft accounts

When the normal reset fails, Microsoft's recovery form asks detailed questions about the account. Completing it carefully matters.

Apple ID / Apple Account

Apple's Account Recovery has a deliberate waiting period when you don't have a trusted device or number. We start it correctly and help you prepare.

Business accounts

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Meta Business accounts for the business's authorized administrator.

Our boundaries

Who We Can Help, and What We Will Never Do

We help the account owner, and only the owner. You'll be present in person or on a video call, and the platform's own checks confirm the account is yours. For a child's account we work with the parent and the child together; for a business account, with its authorized administrator; for someone who has died, only through the platform's memorial or legacy process. We don't help anyone get into an account that isn't theirs, including a partner's, an ex's, an employee's or a friend's.

We never guess or crack passwords, use leaked credentials, phish, use "unlock" tools or try to get around a platform's security. You type every password and code yourself; we don't ask for, record or store them. And we can't guarantee recovery: the platform decides. We'll tell you honestly at the start if your case looks unlikely to succeed.

Right now

Just Got Hacked? Do These Things First

From a device you trust, secure your email account first: change its password and turn on 2-step verification, because whoever controls your email can reset everything else. If a bank card or payment method is linked to the hacked account, call your bank. Warn friends not to act on messages "from you" asking for money or codes.

Don't pay anyone on Instagram, Reddit or elsewhere who offers to "hack your account back". They are scammers who target hacking victims. If you lost money, report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre as well as your bank.

How it works

From First Message to Fixed

  1. Step 1: Tell us what happened

Which account, what was changed, and what you still have: the email, phone or a device you were signed in on.

  2. Step 2: Official recovery, together

We guide you through the platform's own process. You enter every password and code.

  3. Step 3: Lock it all down

New passwords, 2-step verification, recovery details and forwarding rules checked, devices scanned.

Common questions

Hacked Account Recovery FAQs

My Instagram was hacked and the email was changed. What can I do?

Use Instagram's hacked-account process (instagram.com/hacked) and choose that your email or phone was changed. Instagram may send a link to your original email or ask for a video selfie to confirm it's you. We help you do it correctly and then secure the account.

Google says it couldn't verify this account belongs to me. What now?

Google's recovery looks for signals it trusts: a device you've used before, your usual location and Wi-Fi, old passwords and recovery details. Trying again from your usual computer at home, after a short wait, often works better. We help you prepare the best attempt.

Can you recover my Apple ID without my trusted phone number?

Apple's Account Recovery can, but it has a mandatory waiting period that can last days, designed to stop thieves. We help you start it correctly; nobody can speed it up legitimately.

Can you get into my partner's or child's account?

Not a partner's, friend's or employee's account, under any circumstances. For a child's account, we help the parent with the child taking part, using the platform's family tools and official recovery.

Can you guarantee you'll get my account back?

No one honestly can. Recovery is decided by the platform. What we do is make sure you give it the best possible chance, and secure everything else either way.

Someone online says they can hack my account back for a fee. Should I pay?

No. "Recovery hackers" who approach hacking victims are scammers. Use only the platform's official recovery, and report any money lost to your bank and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
